January 1985 I was stok with a movie theatre the El Rey, on Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles. No one whant's it, it was umpty for years. Andre Bohbot take it over and converted to a Restaurant Night Club. Few monts after, I sold it and made a great profit.
